Welcome to Prima Capelli Salon & Spa ! We are dedicated to providing you with the best experience possible. Please read our policies carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be booked via phone at 724-256-9226, online through our website at primacapellisalon.com, or in person at the salon.

If you are a new client, lashes client, or scheduling for a special event please see our Deposit Policies below.

New Client Deposit Policy

New clients are required to pay a $75 deposit when scheduling their first appointment with us for color and chemical services and lash extensions, $50 for massages and $40 for nail appointments.

We cannot hold your appointment time unless you are able to pay the deposit within 24 hours of making your appointment.

This deposit can be paid over the phone or in person within the 24 hour window.

This deposit will be used on the day of your services. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Lash Client Deposit Policy

New Lash Clients and Existing Lash Clients receiving a new full set must pay a $75 Deposit to schedule a Lash Extensions Appointment.

We cannot hold your appointment time unless you are able to pay the deposit within 24 hours of making your appointment.

This deposit can be paid over the phone or in person within the 24 hour window.

This deposit will be used on the day of your services. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Special Event Deposit Policy

All Clients must pay a 50% Deposit to schedule a Formal Style and/or Makeup Application for a Special Event.

We cannot hold your appointment time unless you are able to pay the deposit within 24 hours of making your appointment.

This deposit can be paid over the phone or in person within the 24 hour window.

This deposit will be used on the day of your services. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy

All cancellations must be made 24 hrs before your appointment time.

When you cancel an appointment outside of our 24 hour time frame OR if you do not show for an appointment, that is considered your first no-show. You will be notified via text that you have missed your appointment.

If you no-show a second time, you will once again be notified via text. You will now be required to prepay for any upcoming appointments. You may come in to prepay for your future appointments, or you can pay over the phone.

We do understand that emergencies come up, we just ask that you respect our stylists’ & estheticians’ schedules, & notify us ASAP, so we can try to fill their books again.

Late Arrival Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and respect our stylists' and estheticians’ schedules. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, depending on availability.

Return/ Exchange Policy

Products: If you’ve purchased a product that you are not satisfied with, you may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value.

The product must be brought in within 30 days of your purchase.

All styling tool purchases are final sale.

Services: We do not offer refunds on services. However, if you are not satisfied, please notify us right away for a complimentary redo. See our Redo Policy below.

Redo Policy

To avoid coming in for a redo, make sure you let your stylist know during your appointment if there is anything you do not like or would like to change.

If you’ve left your appointment and realize you are not satisfied with your recent services, please call us right away, so we can schedule your redo service within our 2 week time frame.

We want you to leave our salon with the results you were desiring, and we will do our best to get you there!!

Price Quotes

There are certain services we are not able to quote prices for until you come in for a consultation. (hair extensions, color corrections, etc.)

If you are curious about our prices, you can look at our website or call us for a “ballpark” price.

Prices will vary depending on length and thickness of hair along with the time involved in completing the service itself.

Overall, "quoted" prices may not be an accurate representation of the actual prices you may pay on the day of your services.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.

We do our best to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients.

Payments

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Payment is due upon completion of services.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you.

Text Reminders

If you're interested, ask our front desk to send your appointment reminders through text.

Our text confirmations are a courtesy reminder, so please don't forget to add your appointment to your calendar yourself.

If your phone number has changed and you have not notified us, you might not receive a confirmation for your upcoming appointment.

Please notify the salon if any of your contact information has changed.

If you would like to cancel your appointment, you need to call us at 724-256-9226. We cannot receive cancellation texts, only confirmation texts.

Communication & Feedback

Let us know at the front desk your preferred method of communication for appointment reminders, special offers, and updates.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased in person at the salon. They can be redeemed on services and products. They are non-refundable and do not have an expiration date.

Coupons

See monthly specials on our social media @primacapellisalon

Occasional coupons can be found in the Butler Eagle.

Birthday coupons are sent monthly. Be sure to give front desk your birthday and email so that you receive yours!

All coupons may be used one time within the expiration date.
