So excited to have found this salon! I booked with Claudia as a last ditch attempt to have her fix a horrible haircut I received two days prior from a different salon. Claudia was incredible. She fixed up my cut as much as she could and was honest about what she wasn’t able to do. She took the time to style my hair for me and teach me how to do it while I wait for my hair to grow. Truly can’t thank her enough and I happily scheduled my next appointment with her in 6 weeks. 10/10 recommend!!

I managed to be able to get a last minute appointment yesterday with Claudia. I left there feeling amazing, and I love my haircut/ style. I was her last appointment of the day. October 29th 2022. Kara did my hair and makeup for my wedding. I had the chance of meeting with her at the salon on multiple occasions to make sure everything was perfect for the big day. I instantly fell in love with the sweet heart that Kara is, and also fell in love with the drive, and passion that she shows to her everyday job to making sure people are happy and satisfied. The booking process is awesome. You can pick your service and date all online which is unique for this area and super convenient. The girls are awesome and make you feel relaxed and well taken care of. I couldn't be more happy with my hair when I go there!

I have been going to Prima Capelli Salon in Butler for several years. Cassie is my stylist, and I highly recommend her! I get many compliments on my hair. The entire salon is always busy and everyone is always so nice. This salon is very clean and it offers something for everyone.

Everyone in the salon is incredibly friendly and helpful. My two sons and I both go to Alexandra Marshall and love her! I am always amazed by my hair when she's done, and my boys love her as well (for both cuts and color.) The fact that she can have a conversation the whole time with this 50-something mom as well as two teen boys and not have it be like pulling teeth with them is incredibly impressive! I followed Alex from another salon and don't regret it at all. Highly recommend both her AND Prima Capelli.

I’ve been going here for a couple years, I’ve had nothing but a fantastic experience! I’ve had my hair colored multiple times and multiple cuts. Even when I wasn’t satisfied with my color they did, they went above and beyond to make me happy. They actually value their clients. Today’s experience with my haircut was nothing short of exemplary. I was nervous to cut off what seemed to me, alot of hair. The first actual cut I’ve had in years, the stylist I had was Alex. She was very thorough and made the process very easy. She did an excellent job on my hair and completely turned it around! She was also very knowledgeable when recommending hair products. I will continue to visit this salon, they are excellent!

I’ve been a client at Prima Capelli for several years now and I’ve had nothing but exceptional service. I’ve lived in a few states in my life so I’ve been to many different salons and this is the only one that I’ve ever been to where ever single beautician is amazingly talented.
